Order Processing

  • Order processing starts once we have received payment for order
  • We require 1 – 3 business days to process your order.
  • Once processed we dispatch your order with our courier the following business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched.

Nationwide Delivery

  • We Deliver Nationwide for a flat rate of R100.
  • Get FREE delivery on all orders of R700 or more.
  • Standard Delivery 2-7 Business Days once order has been processed
  • Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday 09:00 To 17:00
  • We make use of Fastway, Aramex and PostNet to PostNet for all our deliveries

Standard delivery takes place during office hours and the shopper cannot select the exact date, or time, for the delivery. There are no standard deliveries after hours, over weekends, or on public holidays. Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address.

In the case of our standard delivery, your parcel will be delivered to the address you specified in the checkout process. Once your order has been collected from us by the courier company, we’ll send you the tracking number via email.

Local Pick-Up Point

  • Our Pickup Point Address: The Park Gazebo across 11 Charles Street, Mount Moreland 4339
  • No fee charged for collection
  • Collections can only be done on an appointment basis Mondays – Fridays between 08:00 – 18:00
  • Please Provide Your Order Number and Name when requesting an appointment to collect your parcel.
  • A “READY FOR COLLECTION” Email Will Be Sent to you to notify you that your order is ready for collection.
